Getting started with your white-label app business

Turn existing web apps into native iOS and Android apps, and offer mobile app services under your own brand.

1

Access your account

Sign in to AppNative or create an account. Account access and billing are managed directly through AppNative.

2

Set up your agency brand

Choose a reseller plan and configure your brand name, logo, colors, and optional custom domain.

3

Prepare your first client app

Have the published website or web app URL, app name, icon, and client requirements ready before starting setup.

4

Configure and publish

Follow the app setup wizard to select native capabilities and connect the appropriate Apple and Google developer accounts. Store approval is subject to Apple and Google review.

Add Mobile Apps to your customers’ menu

After configuring your white-label portal, add a Custom Menu Link from your agency settings. This is separate from the marketplace Custom Page used for this getting-started guide.

  1. In your agency account, open Settings → Custom Menu Links → Create New.
  2. Link Icon: search and pick mobile-alt.
  3. Link Title: Mobile Apps
  4. URL: paste your main page or sign-in page from the box below.
  5. When Clicked: choose Open in a new tab so sign-in works.
  6. Sidebar Preference: select Sub-Account's sidebar.
  7. Select Accounts: pick only the sub-accounts that bought your mobile app service.
  8. Role-Based Visibility: choose Admin (add User if their staff should see it too).
  9. Permissions: leave Allow Microphone and Allow Camera off, then save.
  10. Add newly purchasing sub-accounts to the link’s visibility settings; remove them when their service ends.

Sign in and connect your white-label domain to see your menu link URLs here.

The menu link provides navigation only. It does not automatically create a portal account, sign customers in, grant app access, or synchronize purchases. Set up each customer’s portal access separately; hiding a link does not revoke that access.

Account pages open in a new tab so sign-in can complete outside the embedded guide. The marketplace integration is being prepared; installing the listing does not yet automatically link accounts or import projects.
